Online real estate

my take on it is that domain names are kind of like real estate. you can take a bad piece of property and turn it into something good but for the same price with domain names why not buy the better ones premium domains can be a bit sticky. who sets what they are worth ? most are probably overpriced , but if you want www.furniture.com to sell furniture on then that's probably good for that. If i remember right that domain is a great example of a lower ranking site ranking better than a better ranked one . anyway use it for what you can kinda like your mom. i gotta go . . . . later
