Leadership vs. management

It is always a balance. leaders versus managers. sometimes there is a mix of the two as well, but in general remember lead people, manage stuff. people do not respond well to being managed. it makes for a small minded business place when you manage the people. People respond well to leadership. business must be managed, but lead your people. there is my soapbox presentation of the week . thats the reason some business's have so many employee problems. they manage employees as well as products . . . . . . . . . .
